MakePlace is embarking on a mission to redefine real estate development. Established in 2014 by the visionary Eng. Khaled Saeed, MakePlace was able to accumulate a strong portfolio of distinguished clients and remarkable projects, creating 11 successful projects, valued at 11 billion pounds.
Our journey through the construction and development industry has been nothing short of extraordinary, marked by innovation, excellence, and a relentless drive for success.
Our first project was a landmark collaboration with a renowned Developer. However, this was just the start to a series of successes. We’ve forged impactful collaboration with Palm Hills, significantly changing the landscape of East Cairo. Our projects include ‘V90’, ‘VGK’, ‘9 Yards', ‘Cloud Nine’ and ‘Agora’, as well as our latest projects ‘Radium’ and ‘Atom’.
Turning our sights to the West, we’ve created masterpieces like ‘The Lane’ in Palm Valley, ‘Hale Town’ in Golf Views, and ‘Golf Central’ at Golf Extension, creating a new era of innovative living and visionary architecture.
